Great app with room to improve

Love the UX/UI great look and feel to the app. One improvement could be to add sound to the times - maybe one sound for 3 seconds before the next stage and a different sound to signal the end of that stage? When I am switching between pouring and stirring, I cant always keep an eye on the app to see how I am doing on time, so the audio would help make up for that.

I believe there is an error with the Norway recipe: when you pull down to see the steps, it says to plunge for 10 seconds, but when you actually run the timer it gives you 30 seconds to plunge.
