Dont update your app. This new update made us pay for something that was already available. Why did you make us pay for the championship pack??

Does not provide temps, just a general one for all recipes. There recipes dont work. Using their instructions the Stumptown inverted tasted sour. Tired Stumptowns published recipe and it came out perfect. Developer should be banned from the coffee world for making this crap.

Unpleasant surprise. The update removes the recipes known as "championship pack" and demands $1.99 to get them back. You now have to pay ransom to get back the recipes formerly included in the app, way to break the customer relationship, Aero Timer.

Great, simple and functional. I use it every morning to have great consistent coffee from my aeropress with minimal effort.

Update: the Championship pack is once again available for free. Thanks to the Devs for listening to their customers! I upgraded the app to find fewer recipes, including the championship recipes that I had in the previous version. Yes, Ive tried restoring the purchase, but I think they were included for free in the last version so this is really a negative-gain upgrade. The app worked just fine on the 6+ before the update. I wish I could just downgrade. And an annoyance Ive had for some time: a timer app with no audio? Come on! Id make this a better review if there was even a beep when it was time to move on to the next step. Without any audio, it is just cumbersome.

As others have noted I also lost my Championship Pack and not sure what I gained. Im assuming this is a bug...and a fix is in the works. Otherwise 4½ stars.

The first things friends and strangers ask when I open the app to make a cup of coffee is inevitably: "can you actually taste the difference." Yes, yes you can. I was always cautiously following the rather tame official instructions but this app has helped me realize just how far I can push various Aeropress parameters. Now I have a few favorite "recipes" that make coffee I enjoy much more. Update: now with timer sounds! One of the most genuinely useful apps out there!

I did really like this app, and used it on my iPad almost every day, but with the latest update (which I wish I wouldnt have downloaded), it is unusable on iPad and isnt even listed in the store as available for it. It used to work to work just fine, not sure why its only usable on phones now. Disappointing.

Seriously buy this app just to experience the tonal perfection that comes with each passing step. Let the audio wash your ears with a cleanliness only achieved by the gods. The coffee is good too.

This app is great for making my perfect cup of coffee, but the recently added sounds are very harsh and jarring for first thing in the morning. A mute setting, or less sharp and chirpy sounds would make this app perfect again!

I used my aeropress before this app, but the results were inconsistent. With this app, its a great cup of coffee every time.

Use it every morning when my zombie brain cant be bothered to figure out timers and settings. I just hit start and follow the directions. Just wait for the *ding*!

Great app. Very simple to use. I would appreciate more recipes over time. Also, the side menu listing specific water volume for a "shot" and specific grams/tablespoons for a "scoop" is very helpful. Keep up the good work and give me more recipes so that I can throw more money your way.

Im a long time Aeropress user and have just done it the "instructed" way--directions from the box and have enjoyed its simplicity for such a great cup of coffee. Having tried just one method in the app honestly paid for itself--never had I brewed this good of a cup! I did wish though there was a pause button on the timer and then a reset--much easier to prompt the timer instead of the app doing it--please add this feature! Thanks again for making this app shine and making coffee thats already enjoyable more tasty.

Love this app on my iPhone and now on my Apple Watch. But there a couple things that would make the Apple Watch app even better. Specifically taptic and audible feedback between steps. Its difficult to know when the steps transition because of the watchs six second display time. Ive also noticed that the timer on the Watch can get off at times.
